Welcome to BMC Engineering, your trusted provider of high-quality custom fabrication, welding, and engineering solutions. By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Order Fulfilment & Lead Times

All orders are subject to availability and production lead times. Standard delivery or completion timelines are communicated upon confirmation. Custom jobs may require additional time depending on material sourcing, design approval, and complexity.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship nationwide and work with trusted carriers to deliver your orders safely.

  • Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.

  • While we make every effort to meet delivery estimates, we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or external factors.

  • If items are not collected or received due to incorrect delivery details or failure to respond to courier notifications, we cannot refund delivery costs.

Custom Fabrication & Orders

  • All custom builds are made to client specifications. By approving drawings or specifications, you confirm that the product meets your intended use.

  • Due to the bespoke nature of custom jobs, returns or cancellations are not available once work has commenced.

Payment Terms

  • We accept payment via bank transfer, EFTPOS, or approved account terms.

  • For custom work, a deposit may be required to begin fabrication. Full payment is due prior to delivery or upon collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns, Repairs & Warranties

  • Standard parts and accessories may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in original condition. Custom builds are not eligible for return.

  • BMC Engineering stands behind the quality of our workmanship. If you experience a defect in workmanship, contact us immediately. We may request return of the item for inspection and repair under warranty.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, wear-and-tear, or modifications made by third parties.

Duties & Local Charges (for Export Orders)

  • For international orders, any duties, taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office before importing.

Product Information

All product dimensions, specifications, and material details are provided to the best of our knowledge. BMC Engineering reserves the right to improve or update products without prior notice.

Data Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected (such as name, contact info, or job details) is used solely for communication and service delivery. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where required to fulfil an order (e.g. courier services). For more details, see our full privacy policy.

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, prototypes, and solutions developed by BMC Engineering remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly transferred in writing. Unauthorised copying or reproduction of custom designs, components, or builds may result in legal action.
